Introducing: The Humble Potato
In our ongoing effort to include homegrown produce in all of our products, we have upgraded our vanilla chiffon cake recipe to take advantage of some potato benefits:
Replacing some of the processed flours with freshly mashed white potato...
* ...gives our oh-so-fluffy cake a little more body and heft *
*...provides moisture-mongering starch to keep the cake extra-moist and improve storage life *
*...allows us to float sprinkles in the batter! *
* ...does not alter the delicious, 100% natural vanilla flavor *

Sweet Potato Benefits
We have also replaced some of the processed flours in our chocolate cake with fresh-from-the-garden sweet potato puree. This offers many of the same benefits as the white potato does to our vanilla cake, without altering the flavor! It's like a "secret ingredient," but we don't want it to be a secret: We want you to know your cakes are full of natural & wholesome ingredients!
