Pay is hourly, starting at minimum wage (currently $13/hr) up to $18/hr for supervisory or marketing positions.  We do tip-pooling, as well.  

Wages will be determined based on experience, productivity, and work availability (e.g. more/consistent hours, early/late/weekend shifts, etc).
