All of our cakes & cookies feature ingredients that remember where they came from: Some feature fruits, vegetables, and nuts produced in our own backyard without artificial pesticides or herbicides. Others are crafted to showcase the unmistakable quality of eggs, honey, butter, and cream fresh from local producers. We use organic where we can, and make every effort to leave out artificial colors and flavors. We use Callebaut chocolate. Valrhona cocoa. This is the best of the best. Cake was never meant to be junk food.
